The Collaborative
Introducing... a FREE event just for Atlanta actors. A place to call home.
The Collaborative (emphasis on the word LAB) is a concept that has been years in the making. We want Atlanta actors to have a place to call home and we want to be that place! Once a month, we will host an open door evening where you can come to chat and meet others but you are also encouraged to try that new monologue or audition cut in front of your peers. And that's where the concept of "lab" comes into play. Experiment, have fun, and elevate your craft. AIMT is always a safe place for high school age through adult actors to come and try our new material. On select evenings, Don Jones will also offer complimentary, 15 minute sessions in his office at the piano. This entire event is free.

Experiment - Elevate
Try a song, a monologue... juggling act! Whatever you'd like in front of your peers. Get feedback if you'd like, but you're guaranteed to get applause and probably some new industry friends. Alternatively, just come and mingle!
Open Door Sessions with Don
On select evenings, Don will be offering complimentary, 15 minute sessions in his office during The Collaborative. Walk down the hall to work with Don on an audition cut, finding a good cut or to get some song suggestions. Whatever you'd like, Don is here for you!
